FUTURE EVENTS:
- CAMPUS CLEANING DRIVE - As traditional saying goes "Cleanliness starts at home", CARES plans to carry out a "Cleanliness drive" in the NLIU campus. The Cleanliness drive aims at establishing ideal standards of cleanliness in campus. This will also serve the purpose of creating awareness among the inmates of NLIU Campus to keep their home clean.
- ENVIRONMENTAL MEET - The idea of an environmental meet to be tentatively organized in August or September is also in pipeline. This event is projected to take place very soon in the session of 2010 - 11.
- FIRST NLIU ENVIRONMENTAL LAW NATIONAL ESSAY COMPETITION - In order to realize it's well set and ambitious dreams of creating awareness among the maximum number of people regarding environmental issues, NLIU CARES plans to organize one more event in this series for the young generation of the society which will be also it's First Environmental Law National Essay Competition. It is expected that the event will witness an enormous participation of the young generation.
- E- JOURNAL - One more pioneering step taken by the youngest cell of NLIU is the establishment of E - Journal exclusively for CARES. This journal will feature articles on many burning environmental issues like global warming, climate change etc. Besides giving an excellent platform to the ideas of new and budding brains in this area, this will also serve the purpose of updating more and more people about environmental issues. We look forward to positive response in this motivated project.
- AMBIANCE 2010 - 11 - The third season of Ambiance is projected to take place in this session of 2010 - 11. The highlighting feature of this celebrated event will be an " International Conference " concerning environmental liabilities. The theme of the conference is yet to be decided upon. We expect a decent response for this conference in lieu of this contemporary issue regarding the corporate social responsibility of firms and individual in this era of entrepreneurs.
